The land below Federal Street, which traverses the first floor of the 33-story Harwood Center at 1999 Bryan Street, in downtown Dallas. Victory Park – grade and below-grade access ramp to serve the subterranean area of American Airlines Center.

Market Study

Analyze and forecast the success of converting the former Bank One office building in downtown Fort Worth to residential condominium units (The Tower) for the owners of Sundance Square, to be known as The Tower. The assignment involved an extensive market study, as the adaptive reuse would be the first high-rise condominium building in Fort Worth. The study included a demand forecast based upon demographic information, competing for housing products, and land-use patterns in Fort Worth. The study also included an analysis of urban high-rise residential buildings in Denver, Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

Market and Feasibility Studies
