Real Estate Testimony
Mr. McRoberts has been qualified as a real estate expert on a variety of real estate valuation issues between October 15, 1992, and December 9, 2019.  Testimony includes 30 times in court, 77 depositions and/or pre-trial hearings, 27 times before a Special Commissioner’s Court, four times in Arbitration Hearings and on four other occasions. Cases involve condemnation, bankruptcy, ad valorem taxation, zoning/land use, easements, partnership disputes, environmental damages and construction defects.
